What people say once the old appliance is out the door

Our process

How we collect reviews

A rating is only worth as much as the way it was gathered. Here's how LoadUp gathers ours.

1. Tied to a real, completed booking

Every review is linked to a verified pickup. Anonymous reviews don't count toward the rating.

2. The bad ones stay up

Nobody is paid for a review and nothing is filtered for the nice ones. Three stars and below sit in the feed right next to the five-star raves.

3. Loaders get the feedback

Reviews follow each Loader across the LoadUp network, and quality is held to the patterns those reviews show.
