Before your pickup in Manchester

Your pickup checklist

  • Every appliance needs to be disconnected before pickup, including electrical, gas, and plumbing connections.

  • Your Loaders pick up the unit once it is disconnected and ready to move.

  • Clear a path from the appliance to the door.

One extra step

This applies only to refrigerators, freezers, wine fridges, ice machines, dehumidifiers and AC units.

Refrigerant must be removed by a certified technician before pickup.

Your Loaders do not remove refrigerant and cannot take an appliance that still contains it.

Same company. Same promises. Every pickup.

  • Your price is locked

The price at checkout is the price you pay. No surprise fees on pickup day, and no "well, the stairs..." conversation in your hallway.

  • Checked before, rated after

Every Loader on the LoadUp network is background-checked and rated by real customers after every job, so you know who's coming through your door.

  • Licensed and insured

The Loaders who take your job are local, vetted, licensed and insured, and booked through the LoadUp network. Pros, not a guy with a pickup and a free Saturday.
